- The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 01/31/2012 as A 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. The proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The NSN is 4710-00-057-7252, and this item is a Culvert Pipe used in inland petroleum distribution systems and water distribution systems as road crossings for rubber hoses. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1G and requires a drawing for manufacture. All offers received must be in accordance with specification drawing number MIL-P-236J. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The requested basic quantity is 4661 each, and the delivery requirement is 120 days. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible Small Business Concerns may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
