- THIS IS ONLY A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE! SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR BEFORE 06 FEBRUARY 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. MICC ICO Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-12-T-00766 for perform custodial services at Facility CO004 Fryar USARC in Denver, Colorado.
