- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement FA4887-12-R-0005 The solicitation has been issued and is attached to this notice. Proposals are due by 22 Feb 12, 4:00PM MST. There will be a site visit on 9 Feb 2012 at 9:00 AM MST. If you plan on attending the site visit, you must meet at the Luke AFB south gate visitor center by 08:50 AM MST. Following the site visit, potential contractors can submit questions in writing to TSgt Vergel Dancel until COB (4:00PM MST) 10 Feb 2012 by emailing them to vergel.dancel@luke.af.mil. All questions with answers will be posted in an attachment and or an amendment on the Federal Business Opportunities pages shortly after 14 Feb 2012.
