- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and ASFI (Army Single Face to Industry). The RFQ number is W91QEX-12-T-0019. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-41 and DFARS Change Notice 2010-0611. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and htp://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 721110 and the Small Business Standard is $30 million. This is 100% small business set-aside solicitation. The Army Contracting Command - Miami Regional Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: lodging accommodations, meals, airport transportation and parking. Period of performance is April 09 2012 to April 12, 2012. Place of Performance is within a two (2) mile radius of the Brickell Metromover Station 1001 SW First Avenue downtown Miami. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Please submit a completed version of the attached solicitation by 12:00 PM ET on 06 February 2012. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name, email address, phone/fax number, and business size. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Offers shall be emailed or faxed to 305-437-2752. PROPOSALS FROM THIRD PARTIES WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD.
