- Description
- The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for Federally Chartered Corporations Training. The proposed training's primary objective is the development and presentation of a one full day training session, taught by individual(s) with expert knowledge and experience related to federally chartered corporations under Section 17 of the IRA. The contractor shall provide 7 one day training sessions to approximately a total of 140 tribal members in approximately 7 different tribal government-furnished meeting facilities. This requirement is simultaneously posted on BIA's acquisition website located here: http://www.bia.gov/WhoWeAre/AS-IA/OCFO/Acquisitions/CurrentHQ/index.htm. In addition, if there is a delay between the FBO and BIA publication of attachment(s) please contact the contracting officer for a copy of the solicitation.
