- This is a special notice for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source contract to Agilent Technologies for the purpose of providing a replacement controller for our E5504B Phase Noise Measurement System (E5505AK08 Kontron PC with removable hard drive for E5505A Phase Noise Measurement System Return). The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement to Agilent Technologies for purchase. If you are capable to provide this product and request to be considered for this action, inquiries must be submitted in writing, email, or facsimile (229 257-3547) to the following POCs: michael.mcfadden@moody.af.mil; woodard.moore@moody.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 6 FEB 12 @ 3:00 P.M. This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
