- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Training Center located at 9828 North 31st Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85051seeks a contractor to do some break room cleaning once a month. The full details are in the scope of work. Please note that payment must be by card and that the federal contract that governs the federal masterCard prohibits adding on an extra charge to use the card. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) which includes past preformance (reference checks). All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must be registered in the CCR (Central Contractor's Register, www.ccr.gov) and have a current ORCA entry (https://orca.bpn.gov). This procurement is a 100% set aside for a small business.
