- Revised PWS as of 31 Jan 2012 Revised Instructions to Offerors as of 31 Jan 2012 Question and Answers as of 31 Jan 2012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HQ0034-12-R-0034; this solicitation is a request for proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611. The business size standard is $7.0M. The Government's requirement is for Communications and Outreach Support services to include website design and maintenance, strategic communications planning, media relations support, writing print materials, presentation development and media event planning. The Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) Department of Defense, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301 intends to award one firm fixed price contract for this requirement. Period of Performance shall be for one (1) base year period with four (4) option periods. Contract performance shall start 01 March 2012. The contract will be awarded based on Technical Approach, Management Approach, Past Performance and Cost/Price. Proposals are due by 06 February 2012 at 09:00 AM EST.
