- The Army Contracting Command New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Manufacture and Delivery of Man Portable Chamber Gages, in support of the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This RFP will utilize best value evaluation procedures. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The resulting award will be one firm fixed price contract with four options. Additional information will be provided with RFP. The RFP issuance date is currently forecasted to be on or about 15 February 2012.
