- Non-personal information technology support services for elements assigned to, reporting to, or serviced by the US ARMY Network Enterprise Technology Command Signal Command Army (NETCOM). This notice is to update the proposal due date, found in attachment 'FINAL RFP Amendment 0001', due to system glitches within FBO. The contracting office would also like to clarify that all attachments/documents found under the Draft Solicitation link are considered to be final versions. Proposals shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Emily Marshall emily.m.marshall.civ@mail.mil and the Contracting Officer, Alexis (Alex) Iglesias alexis.a.iglesias.civ@mail.mil no later than February 28, 2012, by 3:00 p.m., Arizona time. The address for delivery (or mailing) of proposals is as follows: Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground ATTN: CCAP-CCH-D (Ms. Emily Marshall) 2133 Cushing Street, Bldg. 61801 Room 3212 Ft. Huachuca, AZ 85613-7070 TIME ZONE: Arizona remains on Mountain Standard Time (MST) throughout the year - there is no Daylight Savings Time in Arizona. NOTE: There have been significant changes to Section L & Section M since the release of the 2nd DRFP on December 13, 2011, please review and submit any questions not later than 09 February 2012, 02:00 PM (MST), to allow the Government sufficient time to respond prior to the closing date in accordance with Section L.1.3.
