Description: REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONAL SCIENCE BOWL AT THE NATIONAL BUIELDING MUSEUM AND NATIONAL 4H CENTER.DESC: The U.S. Department of Energy?s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh, PA intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to Hargrove Inc., Lanham, MD purchase all requirements in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firm?s ability to provide the services or work described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. Interested parties shall provide sufficient technical literature, documents, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. All interested firms must respond to by 5:30 P.M. EST, February 15, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAIC) is 561990.
