- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A12PS0000466 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 424720, Small Business Size Standard: 100 Employees. Contractor shall provide services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to deliver Dyed Diesel Fuel#2 to the school location:Submit your quote as follows:Deliver Dyed Diesel Fuel #2 for To'haali Community School, Toadlena, N.M. Period of Performance is January 31, 2012 to September 30, 2012. Delivery shall be made between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 1. 16,000 gallons at $________ per gallon for a total of $__________ 2.Applicable Taxes. 1 each $______ DELIVERY SHALL BE MADE 24 - 48 HOURS AFTER AWARD.TOTAL $______________OPTION 1Deliver Dyed Diesel Fuel #2 for To'haali Community School, Toadlena, N.M. Period of Performance is October 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the Secretary of Labor. The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 5 days; 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract - (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 5 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 5 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 1 year.Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) is available at www.doi.gov/pam/aindex.html. The following DIAR applies to this solicitation: (DIAR) 1452.226-70 Indian Preference, DIAR 1452.226-71 Indian Preference Program, DIAR 1452.204-70 Release of Claims; 52.217-8. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government.
