- The purpose of this notice include information omitted from the previous Industry Day Invitation. 1.)There is a hotel located on the main post and it is open to civilians. They currently have rooms available for the required dates. Reservations can be made by calling 575-678-1838. Please see attached Hotel Flyer for further information. 2.)Industry Day is actually an Industry WEEK. Each day will start at 7:30AM. A summary of the agenda is provided below: MONDAY: Briefings from the Functional Areas TUESDAY: Bus Guided Tour/Site Visits (Casual Dress encouraged) WEDNESDAY: Bus Guided Tour/Site Visits (Casual Dress encouraged) THURSDAY: Bus Guided Tour/Site Visits (Casual Dress encouraged) FRIDAY: Wrap-Up and Questions & Answers (Please note that Friday is only scheduled to be a half-day, however, as the amount of questions to be answered is unknown, the day may become a full day.) 3.)As part of the Market Research phase of this acquisition, One-On-One sessions between the technical community and industry were held. All the questions and answers from these sessions were recorded and are attached to this notice. Please see attachment labeled One-On-One Questions and Answers.
