- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 759 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 663 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 1 structured parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the USDA OIG. The lease has been awarded to Brenner Ponds LLC in Sioux Falls, SD. Commencing on or about March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2027, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $20,356.38 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $1,696.37 per month. The lease terms are set at 15 years/10 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after February 28, 2022 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
