- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking Veteran owned or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business that have the capabilities of performing janitorial work in Yakima, Washington. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Yakima Community Based Outpatient Clinic and the Yakima Veterans Outreach Clinic in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Walla Walla VAMC shall provide antimicrobial hand soap, disinfectant and "red bag" isolation bags. The contractor, through innovation, technology, and other means, shall perform the required custodial services at frequencies determined by the contractor to meet the levels of cleaning described below. The evaluation results will be based on end user satisfaction. All services performed must meet customer satisfaction with no assistance from the government through implementation of their own quality control plan. Services considered unacceptable, upon validated customer complaints, shall be re-performed at no additional charge to the Government.
