THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) and Request for Industry comment on the Marine Corps ™ Arctic Shelter requirement. This DRAFT RFP is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement and should not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. (The draft only has 29 pages). The intention of this DRAFT RFP is to convey information to potential Offerors. This DRAFT RFP contains instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria. It is a very rough draft that will evolve and be updated with additional information in the days and weeks to come. Interested parties are encouraged to check this site often as additional information, requirements, and further instructions for comment will be posted often. Please note, the solicitation is subject to review and approval prior to release of the formal/final RFP. Changes as a result of the review and approval process or as a result of consideration of questions and/or comments from industry may significantly alter the formal/final RFP requirements. Any and all questions shall be submitted to the Procuring Contracting Officer, Lisandra Torres, at lisandra.torres@usmc.mil.
