- Statement of Work The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires network infrastructure renovation to Building 005 at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC). These services shall include intra-building backbone cabling, outlet installation, horizontal cabling, installation of patch panels for telecom rooms, and testing. A site visit has been scheduled for interested parties on Tuesday 01/31/12 at 10:00am EST at: 10300 Baltimore Avenue, BARC-WEST Bldg. 005, Beltsville, MD 20705. These services shall be in accordance with the attached statement of work. Quotes shall address how the contractor intends to accomplish the tasks outlined in the statement of work and provide enough information to allow the government to make a technical acceptability determination. Award will be made on a low-price, technically acceptable basis. This award is set aside for small businesses only. The Period of Performance is 02/07/12 - 03/31/12.
