- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00019-11-G-0012 to General Dynamics Armament & Technical Products for AH-1 20mm Point and Suppressive Fire Systems (PSFS) components and the repair of M197 20mm Cannons and M89E1 Feeders for the H-1 Program. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. General Dynamics Armament & Technical Products is the original equipment manufacturer and possesses the engineering data, technical skills and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, operation, maintenance and support characteristics necessary to inspect/preserve the aforementioned parts.
