- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of theProgram Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) and theSea Warrior Program Office (PMW 240) intends to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to Progeny Systems Corporation, 9500Innovation Drive, Manassas, VA 20110-2210 for commercial softwaremaintenance for the Afloat Integrated Learning Environment (AILE). Award willbe for one base year with two (2), one year options. Progeny Systemsdeveloped the current AILE application as part of a Sea Warrior initiative. Thecontract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12. Interested persons mayidentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or asolicitationof offers.
