- Description
- The intent and objective of this multi-trade construction project is for marginal modification of approximately 600 SQ-FT area pertaining an open existing finished working space in the X-Ray department at the Pawnee Indian Health Center located in Pawnee, Oklahoma. This marginal modification to the open working space is required to accommodate adding two new patient diagnostic imaging services for the X-Ray department. An open cleared work area approximately 550 SQ-FT will be modified and converted into two enclosed diagnostic imaging rooms for the X-Ray department. CT Scan Room (280 SQ-FT, 20 FT x 14 FT) Bone Densitometer and Ultrasound Room (BD&U) (271 SQ-FT, 15.5 FT x 17.5 FT) This project will consists of modifying the existing electrical outlets, lighting, fire suppression sprinklers, ceiling tiles/grid, VCT flooring, carpentry and painting. Adding and install approximately 25 Linear-FT of 10 FT height walls to integrate into existing finished walls. For both converted CT Scan and BD&U diagnostic imaging will require to install both new and use by relocate existing electrical outlets, lights, HVAC vents, and sprinkler heads. For the CT Scan Room install a new 6 FT x 4 lead line window into an existing wall, a new 42" lead line door into a new wall, and lead line the existing interior walls and new wall for safety radioactive protection during use of the CT Scan unit. The installation of the CT Scan unit will be done by the awarded vendor. The CT Scan unit will require new electrical 480 Volt service to be installed and need to provide new cooling ventilation in using a new air conditioning split unit to be installed above the ceiling tile grid system by placing air conditioning split unit. Approximate required multi-trade construction breakdowns: General Construction 60% Electrical 20% Mechanical (HVAC) 15% Fire Suppression 5%
