Description
Corrected Bid Schedules Amendment 0003 Amedment 0003 is being issued for the purpose of correcting an error on CLINs 0005, 1005, and 2005 of the bid schedules that were previously provided under Amendment 0002. The closing time and date set forth by Amendment 0001 is hereby revised to read 2:00 PM, Eastern Time, Friday, 03 February 2012. All offeror quotes shall be e-mailed to: Douglas.Bresson@dla.mil and Joe.Bednar@dla.mil The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, repair parts, oil, grease, fuel filters, air filters, oil filters, hoses, seal kits, all associated hardware, etc., to perform timely and effective preventive maintenance (PM) every four (4) months or 250 operating hours, or remedial service calls and repair service, including performing Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) as needed. The contractor sha ll be required to perform load tests on all forklifts annually under a service call. A full-time covered space for repairs or PMs will not be provided to the contractor. In the event of inclement weather, a covered area can temporarily be made available to facilitate repair or PM Service on designated equipment. In no case will Government real property (land, structures) be provided to the contractor. Electric power will be made available to the contractor for preventive and remedial repair services. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and installation Fire, Safety, Security and Environmental Protection Regulations. All repairs, preventative maintenance services, and remedial services shall be made in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manual. The Contractor shall comply with Section 9002 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (FSRIA), Executive Order (EO) 13423, "Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management," and the Federal Acquisition Regulation to utilize bio-based products in the execution of this contract.
