- Full Announcement 27 JAN 2012 ONR Code 312, Electronic Warfare Division (312EW), seeks proposals for efforts that shall develop and demonstrate technologies for the next generation components and systems in electronic warfare. The primary focus of this BAA is on technologies to counter advanced threat tracking systems, missiles, and other Precision Guided Munitions (PGM) utilizing electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) sensors.
