- This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation document number A12PS00398 is issued under NAICS code 541310, Small Business size $4.5 million, under FAR Part 12. Serious quoters are required to download and print a copy of the solicitation document in its' entirety for compliance with the quote instructions and for future reference. All potential quoters must have "active" Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at time of award; and should have completed the On Line Representations & Certifications (ORCA). RFQ issue date: 01-27-2012. Closing date for receipt of quotes is 02-17-2012, Friday, 4:30 PM Phoenix, AZ local time. Requirement: Contractor shall complete a Structural Conditions Assessment to determine probable causes of wall cracking or building movement at the San Simon Elementary School, Strucutre # 611. San Simon Elementary School is located in Pima County, on the Tohono O'odham Indian Reservation, Arizona. Group site visit: A group site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2012, 10:00AM - all participants are to meet at the San Simon School's dormitory building.
