- The pre-solicitation notice for the YFN-797 is modified to include the IX-516, as follow: Regular Overhaul (ROH) to include drydocking, hull, machinery, electrical, and piping work on the YFN-797 and IX-516. The availabilities for these 2 vessels are to be worked concurrently at the contractor's facility. Solicitation will be available on or about 31 January 2012. Offers are restricted to holders of a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). Solicitation is being extended to offerors on the East and Gulf Coast of the Continental United States..
