- RFI Document This Request for Information (RFI) is for sealift services between Jacksonville Florida and U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO). There is no solicitation package available at this time. USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-I is seeking sources that may be able to provide both break-bulk and intermodal container service, including terminal handling, all stevedoring, loading and discharging. To facilitate our market research for the next Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (GTMO) Sealift program, please complete the attached questionnaire no later than 7 February 2012 and email the file to phillip.surrey@ustranscom.mil. We solicit and appreciate your open, honest, and frank responses to the questions contained herein. This survey is for market research purposes.
