- Sources Sought. The intent of this sources sought synopsis is to identify potential qualified offerors that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network, Veterans Integrated Service Network 6 (VISN 6) has a requirement to provide ground transportation services in support of the 32nd National Veteran Wheelchair Games to be held in Richmond VA from 24 June through 1 July 2012. It is anticipated that approximately 700 wheelchair veteran atheletes will participate in this event. Transportation is to be provided from Richmond International Airport to local hotels and then to the various venues and social events scheduled during the week. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Vendors are to provide brief capability statements/ prior work within the scope of work being requested. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
