- THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIMPLIFIEDACQUISITION FAR PART 13. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis toCA, INC. DBA CA - Federal Division, 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herndon, VA 20171-2823 on a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide a planned, logical productupgrade for the current application in place. No hard copy RFQ will beprepared or made available for distribution. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
