- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Anchor Group for the annual preventative and maintenance agreement for the following equipment: 1. Delta Scientific Corp. Barrier Control Model RCP-2, Barrier Model # TW2015. 2. High Security Hydraulic Gate Opener, Model # 222EX. 3. Guard Hose The government anticipates awarding a base one year contract. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledge. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. The justification for other full and open competition will be posted in the FedbizOpps within fourteen days after contract award.
