- TOOL KIT LIST The Solicitation number is F1S0AF1343B002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared lAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2011-10-31. NAICS is 333212 and the size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 500 employees. This Acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The AFFTC/PKEE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following: JSF Tool Kits QTY -15 The Tool Kits consists of the items listed on the attcahed PDF file. The items are Brand Name or Equal Etching is required Non-Serialized - All Tools etched with the same code - JSFPTRCTK Tool Identification - Part # in Pocket (Tool ID) Construction Style - Foam over Foam Standard Top Layer Color - Blue Standard Bottom Layer Color - Yellow Foam includes custom routed two-color foam for all tools inside a PEL1610 case. This kit is turnkey, fully assembled and ready for customer to use upon delivery. On-site warranty is required Delivery is 120 DARO. FOB - Destination Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination Edwards AFB CA 93524. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. Offers are due at the Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5 South Wolfe Avenue, Building 2800, Edwards AFB, CA, 93524, not later than 2/3/2012 at 4:00pm PST.
