- This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to SEI for the purpose of providing Medical/Educational Refresher Training that Fulfills NREMT-P/NREMT-I Requirements & PMR Personnel for Cold-Weather Environment. The North American Industry Classification System code for this purchase is 611699. The number for this inquiry is FA4830-12-Q-0015. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron’s Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement to SEI for purchase. Please identify if your company falls under one of the socio-economic categories: Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Small Business (SB), 8a, HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
