- Attach Final RFP. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Huachuca Division at Fort Huachuca requires non-personal Information Technology (IT) services and support for elements assigned to, reporting to, or serviced by the United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). These elements include the 2d Signal Center, Continental United States (CONUS)-Theater Network Operations and Security Center (C TNOSC) and the 7th Signal Center, Continental United States (CONUS)-South Theater Network Operations and Security Center (S TNOSC). The primary place of contract performance in support of these elements is Greely Hall, Building 61801, Fort Huachuca, Arizona and Building 25440 (Mallette Hall), Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Contractor normally shall perform IT support outside Fort Huachuca or Fort Gordon in a temporary duty (TDY) status. The Government contemplates the award of a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee contract for a 30 day phase-in, an eleven (11) month base period, plus two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. The solicitation is issued as a paperless document via Federal Business Opportunities. (FEDBIZOPPS/www.fbo.gov). The solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 517110 with a size standard of 1500 employees. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is: http://www.ccr.gov.
