- The purpose of this amendment is to add the following CLINS as Option Items to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number stated above to read as follows: CLIN 0004- (12 EA) Fixed Site Ground Radios including commercial manuals on CD ROM Rockwell Collins Model 721S, Part Number 270-3148-030 Or equal, Offering on: Manufacturer: Part No.: CLIN 0005- (12 EA) RT Mounting Slide Kits Rockwell Collins Model 721S, Part Number 270-3148-300 Or equal, Offering on: Manufacturer: Part No.: CLIN 0006 - (12 EA) RT Connector Matting Kits Rockwell Collins Model 721S, Part Number 270-3148-310 Or equal, Offering on: Manufacturer: Part No.: NOTE: CLINS 0004-0006 shall be ordered within 12 months after the effective date of contract. The Synopsis/Solicitation is amended to add the following delivery requirements. Delivery requirements: CLINS 0001-0003 - 120 days or sooner after date of contract award CLINS 0004-0006 - 120 days or sooner after receipt of a modification to exercise option items CLINS 0004-0006 “ Place of delivery for the Option Items is F.O.B. Corona, CA The following clause 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity “ Separately Priced Line Items is hereby added and incorporated into the basic Synopsis/Solicitation to read as follows: 52.217-7 -- Option for Increased Quantity -- Separately Priced Line Item (MAR 1989) The Government may require the delivery of the numbered line items, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in quantities of 1 through 12 and at the price stated in the Schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days of the expiration of the option items ordering period. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree. (End of Clause) The date and hour specified for receipt of offers is revised to read: 06 Feb 2012, 3:00 P.M. (local time).
