- Engineering Services required as defined by the Honeywell Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The services are in support of requirements associated with the F-15 AN/ALM-246 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support System (TISS). This effort will require development and demonstration of two form, fit, and function replacement items within the tester. The requirement has been evaluated and determined to be sole source to Honeywell and the work is appropriate for the BOA. This order will include the basic effort for which funding has been identified, as well as options that may be required. The order will be issued to Honeywell Minneapolis MN, CAGE: 94580. The estimated value of the order is approximately $3.4M.
