- The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Blodgett Inc. for the procurement of (2) Kettles for the CGC Sherman. The specifications are as such: Blodgett KLT 20-E. 20 Gallon Kettle, Shipboard application, 316 liner, 480 VAC, 3 phase. 2' Tangent draw off valve with strainer. Tangent draw off valve with ACME thread and 90 degree elbow. 18' X ¾' Double pantry faucet cover, spring assisted with secrurity chain. Etched markings, pan carrier, mounted plate for flanged food (set of 3) accessory kit. Training CD's. Vendor will provide all the parts listed in the Schedule of Items. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 1100 PST on 27 JAN 2012 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
