- **UPDATE** Additional information provide below is in response to questions submitted to this solicitation. • MKS is an enterprise software at CMS that was purchased in 2005. No additional purchases are required. • MKS was integrated with Remedy in 2011. This requirement is to provide further support for the MKS footprint within CMS' Application Lifecycle Management such as integrating HP Quality Center to include testing scenarios and results which will be a MKS 2012 project. • On call support is required for an estimated 104 days as needed. • There are currently 300 end users with an expanding user base. 100 plus users were added in 2011. CMS began using the MKS product in 2011 for application change management tracking for NLR and IDR application and provide training for 125 people. As new features or applications are implemented, training will be provided. • MKS is a Solaris based product. The operating system is supported under the current CITIC contract. This contract action does not requiring supporting operating systems. **All proposals should be submitted to the point of contacts, Javina Wilkinson and Joseph Pressley, via email (see below) by the response due date of Thursday, February 2, 2012 at noon.**
