- The notice services as a presolicitation to an upcoming opportunity: VHA Hudson Valley Boiler Maintenance Services - Base Period: Date of Award - 09/30/2012 Four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods SOLICITATION WILL BE REQUESTED THROUGH FEDBID (http://www.fedbid.com/). POTENTIAL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH FEDBID AND MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE OF FEDBID USAGE. Soliciation will be 100% Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business Set-Aside. POTENTIAL OFFERORS MUST BE VERIFIED THROUGH VETBIZ (http://www.vetbiz.gov/). Solicitation will be restricted to Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) holders. POTENTIAL OFFERORS MUST BE A FSS HOLDER per VHA regulations. Note: If no acceptable FSS proposal is received, the soliciation will be changed to OPEN MARKET. Email or phone calls for interested parties are not required or desired. Posting will be on or about 05 February to FEDBID. All Questions must be posted through FEDBID to be considered and answered.
