- RFI Instruction Statement of Work (Draft) The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) to identify contractors capable of providing outreach support, education and training support, administrative support, outreach support, project management support, requirement support, security support, information systems support, management and administration support to assist the Air Force Research Laboratory's (AFRL) Anti-Tamper and Software Protection Initiative (AT / SPI) Technology Office identified in the attached RFI and Draft PWS. The information received as a result of this request will serve as a market research to assist the GSA in its development acquisition strategy for Anti Tamper and Software Protection Conference Support.
