- The Regional Contracting Office Northeast, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement to manufacture scarlet red and black coats and collars to specific Military Specifications in various sizes and quantities. The contractor shall manufacture finished coats produced in their factory in accordance with Government military specifications to include any future revisions of the Marine Corps Individual Clothing regulations Manual Marine Corps Order (MCO) 1020. All work shall be performed in the best and most professional workmanship manner possible. This effort supports both Drum & Bugle (D&B) and United States Marine Band (USMB) for all ceremonial events. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option year periods. The quantities and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is in the next 30-60 days on the Federal Business Opportunities On Line (FBO.GOV). A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement is unrestricted. All interested parties must be registered in the CCR. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates to any and all documents.
