- NSN 6625-01-376-1613, Voltmeter. Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Richmond has a complete unrestricted technical data package for this NSN. The transportation terms are FOB at Destination and inspection/acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. The Quality Assurance Provision requires a higher level contract quality ISO 9000 and Measurement and Test Equipment. The required delivery is 171 days ARO. NSN has a surge and sustainment requirement and will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns utilizing competitive procedures. NSN is non-commercial. Pricing will be evaluated on the estimated demand quantity of 720 parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
