Description

Sources sought to provide artificial limbs supplies and services to Veterans of the Butler VA Medical Center and the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to furnish artificial limbs and related services to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. A consistent and reliable source of artificial limbs supplies and services from a contractor with a full service lab within 120 miles of either the Butler VA Medical Center or Pittsburgh VA Medical Center is required. NAICS code is 339113 and size standard is 500 employees. Capable businesses are encouraged to respond via email with company name, contact name, and telephone number. Businesses who feel they may be capable of providing this service and equipment shall submit all applicable information by 4:30pm local time February 3, 2012. This is a sources sought only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to set aside this requirement in accordance with FAR part 19.
