- Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation document for details. Also attached, the Statement of Work for your review. **The solicitation close date is hereby extended until 1159pm Sunday 22 January 2012 for your convenience. Please take this opportunity and additional time to adjust your quotes as needed. **Also, A great question was brought forward, and the Government response may be useful in helping you develop your quote pricing: Question from Interested Vendor: What culture are the Role Players supposed to be playing? Government Response: The culture is not specific to one particilar culture, it is a culture that has been created in the teaching plan. A preferable role player will have an understanding in middle eastern and well as other foreign cultures and will be capable of using their combined experience to adapt to the simulated environment created and described in the teaching plan (Appendix C). All questions must be submitted in writing to lekeith.lee@maxwell.af.mil and an answer will be provided promptly. UPDATE: Due to a number of concerns, this requirement will be cancelled. We will be contacting you to address some of your concerns as we develop a new requirement that will be posted at a later date.
