- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under number W912P8-12-T-0029 is a Firm-Fixed price procurement is for the purchase and delivery of a total of 6000 gallons of Number Two (2) Off-Road, Red Dyed Diesel Fuel at a locked-in price. ONLY Truck Delivery-NO Barge or Rail acceptable. The number of truck deliveries will be three or four will depend upon gallons accepted at on-site storage tank at time of delivery. Normal delivery time is Monday-Thursday from 7am to 4pm local time. Contractor will schedule all deliveries days and times with on-site or technical POC listed below. Deliveries should be scheduled in approximately 2000 gallon installments to the Army Corp of Engineers, Bonnet Carre Spillway, Norco Louisiana. The Locked-in price quoted shall include any market place price variation during the duration of the contract and include all applicable taxes or delivery fees. Fuel specifications are obtained via solicitation's link. The delivery period is from contract award date until 27 February 2012. The contractor will ensure delivery within 24-48 hours as requested by the Technical or On-site Manager as not interrupt operations. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business firms under NAICS Code: 424720 (Size Standard 100 employees). The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). You can access these files from a link located on FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov).
