- Attachment A: Specifications Solicitation; DE-RQ65-12WJ96006 The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Western) invites you to submit a quote for " Transformer Mineral Oil Drying System" which will be used within the Rocky Mountain Region. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 423610 and the Size Standard is 100 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quote) will be issued on or around 01/25/2012. Quotes may be mailed, or hand carried to the address in block 9 of the SF 1449. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations Application (ORCA) in order to be considered for award.
