- Golf Cart RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures [SAP] as a Request for Proposal [RFP] #FE206712340043. NAICS Code: 336999 WR-ALC / PKOB plans to issue an order against purchase order #FE206712340043 for Gas Golf Cart 2 Pk. The following clauses (current through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-07, and DFARS change notice 20051209) are applicable to subject solicitation: 52.212-1 – Instructions to Offerors – Commercial; 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items 52.212-3 – Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items; 52.212-4 – Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items; 52.212-5 – Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Items Identification and Valuation). In accordance with (IAW) Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be adherence to attached equipment list, price, price related factors and delivery. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov The anticipated award date will be February 2012.
