The Government proposes to acquire, on a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, a quantity of 750 each minimum to 1750 each maximum of a Connecting Link, Rig, NSN: 3040-01-197-1745, Part Number: 70400-08110-600 applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 750 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 750 each, 240 DACA, with deliveries to Tracy, CA, 95304-5000. This item is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This Item is restricted to Alken Industries Inc., Cage: 57563, Rotair Industries Inc., Cage: 54878 and TEK Precision Co. LTD., Cage: 65780. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
