- Description
- The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for scheduled maintenance and as-needed repair service of the Government-owned ETC 2000 scanning system. Negotiations to be conducted solely with United Western Technologies Corporation, since the application software required to operate the equipment is proprietary and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, using the authority cited at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. Period of performance will be one (1) calendar year after the date of contract award. This is an oral solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The closing date and time is 27 January 2012 at 4:00 p.m. local time. The anticipated award date is 30 January 2012. No telephonic requests please.
