- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested anda written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP)for a ConcessionaireAgreement with the NASA Exchange Stennis Space Center Branch for a Coffee Shop at John C.Stennis Space Center in the Roy S. Estess Building. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 722213 and$7.0 Million respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.Delivery to John C. Stennis Space Center, Office of Procurement, DA00, Bldg 1100, StennisSpace Center, MS 39529.
