- This attachment is included as instructions for the worksheet attached above. This is also found in the questions and answers. The attached worksheet lists the service requirements for this solicitation, and can be used by carriers to assist in their electronic proposal through CARE. This is the list of carrier questions and answers up to the pre-proposal teleconference held on 23 January 2012. The deadline for additional questions will be Friday, 27 January 2012 at 4:00 p.m. CST. After this date, no further questions will be addressed. Please submit all questions in writing to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. HTC711-12-R-W002 Amendment 2 is changing the period of performance from 29 February 2012 through 28 February 2015 to 01 May 2012 through 30 April 2015. Period of performance is for one base year with two one-year options. HTC711-12-R-W002 Amendment 1 changes the period of performance in the Item/CLIN lines. Original Solicitation HTC711-12-R-W002 The period of performance for this requirement has changed from 29 February 2012 through 28 February 2015 to 01 May 2012 through 30 April 2015. This period of performance includes one base year and two one-year options.
