- The Government has a requirement for the following: Noun: Pump Assembly Lube; NSN: 2835-00-941-5240 P/N: 26453-0: Qty: 116 ea; applicable to the Blackhawk Weapon System; F.O.B. Destination, with delivery to DLA Distribution Cherry Point. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Brian J Davis, Contract Specialist Brian.J.Davis3@us.army.mil. No telephone request will be accepted. Please include solicitation number and your direct contact information (i.e. email address, mailing address, and telephone number.) This requirement is limited competition to AAR Parts Trading, INC, Cage Code 1Y249 and Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation Cage Code 55820 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offeror's must meet pre qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the web site www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under standard aviation and missile source approval request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offeror which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data that cannot be released except to government agencies. No documentation is being released with this solicitation. Acquisition documentation is sole source to the restricted source of supply. Distribution D THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Note 23 Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation.
