- LTC RA12019002, NSN 1560-01-486-4893, Windshield Panel, Aircraft. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N 70206-01003-045. Approved sources are Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286; and PPG Industries, CAGE 53117. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 744 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 186 each. The contract maximum quantity over the life of the contract is 5580 each. Production lead-time is 152 each. FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. First Article Contractor test required. Government Fit Verification test required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Surge and Sustainment is required. Certified Cost or Pricing data may be required. A small business subcontracting plan is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
